Shift:

• Monday & Wednesday: 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Friday: 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Employment Type: Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support both front and back office operations in a clinical setting. This role requires a well-rounded candidate who can manage patient interactions, clinical tasks, and administrative duties efficiently while maintaining a high level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and room patients, ensuring a positive patient experience
• Schedule appointments and manage phone communications
• Take and record vital signs
• Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture
• Administer vaccines and assist with clinical procedures
• Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
• Support both front-office and back-office workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
• CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) certification preferred
• BLS or CPR certification required
• Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture required
• EMR experience required
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

Preferred Experience:

• Occupational Health experience
• Experience with EKG and POC testing
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
