Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (School Hours)

Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to support students within a specialized educational setting focused on visual impairments. This role involves providing individualized care and assisting students throughout the school day in a safe, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to students with visual impairments
• Assist with daily health needs and ensure student safety
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff on individualized plans
• Monitor and document student health status and progress
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with staff and caregivers

Work Schedule & Environment

• Follows school calendar (holidays and breaks observed)
• No weekends required
• Consistent daytime hours supporting work-life balance

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required
• Experience working with children preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
