Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)

Location: Hudson, FL
Schedule: Full-Time (Days & Nights available) with rotating weekends

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join a fast-paced Medical-Surgical unit within a leading acute care facility. Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
  • Nights: +$4.75/hour
  • Weekends: +$3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • Days: $10,000
  • Nights: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse Med-Surg patient population
• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience: Acute care experience required (recent LTAC-only experience not accepted)
• Licensure:
  • Active Florida RN license OR
  • Active Compact RN license (FL license required within 90 days if relocating)
• Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Certifications: Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records
