Schedule & Shift Details:

• Day Shift
• 8-hour shifts
• 36 hours/week guaranteed (up to 40 hours expected)
• Overtime requires prior approval

Work Setting:

• Outpatient Clinic
• Patient Population: Post-operative and orthopedic cases
• Single PT clinic (potential to expand to PT/PTA team)

Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient setting focused on orthopedic and post-operative care. This role is ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to build strong clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and post-operative conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
