Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Managed Print Services (MPS) to lead printer deployment, refresh initiatives, and service operations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams while ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end printer deployment, replacement, and refresh projects
• Coordinate installations with business users, vendors, and technical teams
• Manage ServiceNow ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Monitor and reduce backlog through prioritization and follow-ups
• Develop Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and reporting
• Maintain asset inventory and device lifecycle planning
• Troubleshoot printer/network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, wireless)
• Collaborate with Network, IPT, and Mobility teams for integrations
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure service excellence

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years of Managed Print Services (MPS) experience (mandatory)
• 6+ years of project planning experience
• 4–6 years of MS Project experience
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and ServiceNow
• 3+ years in printer deployment/rollouts and ticket management
• 3+ years of network knowledge (LAN, WAN, wireless)
• 2+ years of IPT / Mobility support experience
• Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills
