Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay Range: $33.85 – $47.02
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
  • Shift Differential: $4.75/hour for night shifts
  • Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

Are you an experienced Emergency Room Nurse seeking to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment? We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join a dynamic clinical team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative emergency care setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment: Perform ongoing assessments of patient conditions, including pain evaluation, and reassess following interventions.
  • Care Delivery: Administer treatments, medications, and procedures as prescribed, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Patient Experience: Respond promptly to patient needs while maintaining a high standard of compassionate care.
  • Education & Communication: Clearly educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
  • Preventive Care: Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
  • Collaboration: Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (within 30 days of hire)
    • ACLS (within 30 days of hire)
    • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 6 months)
    • PALS or ENPC (within 6 months)
    • TNCC (within 1 year)
