Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $32.00 – $40.00/hour (up to 10 years of experience)
  Up to $48.00/hour (17+ years of experience)
• Shift Differential: $4.25/hour (Night Shift)
• Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity, patient-focused healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment providing advanced critical care to cardiovascular patients, including those requiring ventilator support and complex medication management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Manage ventilators, IV drips, and other life-support systems
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes
• Advocate for patient needs while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and adherence to best practices

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• Licensure: Active Florida RN License or Compact License (Florida license required within 60 days of relocation)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU RN experience OR
  • 2+ years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN experience
• Certifications:
  • BLS within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS within 90 days of hire
