Job Title: Retail Pharmacist – Varied Shifts
Location: Zanesville, OH

Shift: Varied (between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (No weekends or holidays required)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Retail Pharmacist to support outpatient pharmacy operations in a high-volume retail setting. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications while providing clinical guidance and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and accurately dispense prescription medications
• Review medication orders and patient profiles for accuracy and safety
• Provide patient counseling and education on medications and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Support daily workflow in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
• Document pharmacy activities using electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers
• Oversee medication inventory and maintain operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience (required)
• Vaccination certification (required)
• Experience with RX30 system (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts within operating hours
