RN – Outpatient Chronic Dialysis

Location: Havre, MT
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts | Variable schedule | 36 hours/week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care in an outpatient chronic dialysis unit. The RN will be responsible for hemodialysis treatment management, patient monitoring, and ongoing renal care in a specialized clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized dialysis care plans
• Monitor patients throughout hemodialysis treatments
• Manage vascular access care and address complications
• Administer dialysis-related medications as ordered
• Document all patient care and treatment responses in Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients on dialysis care, treatment adherence, and health management
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition during treatment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Required)
• Dialysis or nephrology experience (Preferred)
• BLS/BCLS certification (Required)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
