Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (holiday coverage required)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient chronic dialysis unit. This role involves delivering specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, with a focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuity of care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patients throughout hemodialysis treatments and respond to clinical changes
• Manage and maintain vascular access, identifying and addressing complications
• Administer dialysis-related medications in accordance with established protocols
• Accurately document patient care, treatment progress, and outcomes in the EMR system
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, home care, and treatment adherence
• Maintain strict compliance with infection control standards and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Prior dialysis or nephrology experience preferred
• Current BLS/BCLS certification (required)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
