Location: Gunnison, Colorado

Schedule

• 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Holiday coverage required

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long Term Care setting. The role includes supervising daily nursing activities during night shifts while ensuring safe, compliant, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily nursing activities during assigned shift
• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with ADLs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Support rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare EMR
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado LPN License
• Minimum 3 years of experience in LTC, hospital, or similar clinical setting
• Current BLS/BCLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• IV certification
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR

Additional Requirements

• Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
• Reliable transportation required (rural location)
