Job Description:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our healthcare team in Greensburg, PA. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support individuals in improving their daily living and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Support patients in performing therapeutic activities and exercises
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment

Requirements:

• Active COTA certification and state license (Pennsylvania)
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
