Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Day Shift
• 08:50 AM – 03:40 PM
• 6.83 hours per day (including 30-minute meal break)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students with autism spectrum disorders. The role focuses on delivering individualized instruction in a structured and supportive classroom environment while promoting academic, behavioral, and social development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with autism
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to student academic and behavioral needs
• Implement evidence-based teaching and behavioral intervention strategies
• Monitor and document student progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Manage classroom behavior using structured routines and positive reinforcement
• Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet individual learning needs
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
• Ensure compliance with special education regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Experience or endorsement in Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred
• Experience working with elementary or special education students preferred
