Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in assessing, treating, and managing patients with respiratory conditions in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and ventilator management
• Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide critical care support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
• Ability to work effectively in high-acuity environments
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Active state license (Ohio) or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
