Job Title: RN – Pediatrics (Morning Shift)
Location: Bronx, NY
Type: Contract
Pay Rate:
Travel Rate: $3,084 per week
Local Rate: $2,449.5 per week

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN – Pediatrics for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in a hospital setting
• Perform clinical procedures including IV insertion, catheter care, wound care, and dressing changes
• Administer and monitor medications while observing and reporting patient responses
• Monitor telemetry and other clinical equipment as required
• Support pediatric patients and families through education, communication, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (EPIC preferred)

Qualifications:

Required Experience & Education:

• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg or Pediatric nursing experience in an acute care hospital
• Recent clinical experience required (within the past 12 months preferred)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) from an accredited program
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Required Licensure & Certifications:

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NYSED Primary Source Verification of licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
