Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Type: Contract

Work Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed (with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week)

Location: Stanhope, NJ

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve mobility, function, and overall patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Float to other clinics as needed

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active state licensure (or eligibility)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
