Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week)
Days: Monday–Friday (Every Other Weekend & Holidays Required)

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a Long-Term Care and rehabilitation setting. The role involves supporting residents with daily living activities while working closely with the interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to individualized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
• Support mobility including transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient data
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Assist with bed making, room changes, and post-mortem care when required
• Support restorative nursing programs
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Use adaptive equipment as directed by care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience in LTC or skilled nursing facility
• Completion of an approved CNA training program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred/required per facility guidelines
• Experience with geriatric and medically complex patients
