Shift: 08:50 AM – 03:40 PM

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered therapy services in a float capacity across assigned locations. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions aimed at improving functional independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living and functional skills
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Float between assigned units and locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple care settings
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
