Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)

Work Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Location: Rochester, NY

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, including cardiac monitoring and acute care management in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform IV therapy and manage peripheral lines
• Utilize oxygen therapy and non-invasive airway management
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Follow isolation precautions and infection control protocols
• Float to other units within skillset as required

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
• Minimum recent experience in MS/Telemetry setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment

Certifications:

• BLS certification required
