Shift: 06:45 AM – 03:15 PM

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Operating Room (OR) to provide high-quality perioperative care. The RN will work closely with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Perform pre-operative patient preparation and education
• Monitor patient condition during surgical procedures to ensure safety and stability
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support setup and handling of surgical and robotic equipment (including Mako Robotics)
• Provide post-operative care and patient education for recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Follow all hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 5+ years of Operating Room / surgical nursing experience
