Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to perform and score sleep studies in accordance with AASM standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in home sleep testing, pediatric and adult sleep study scoring, and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor overnight polysomnographic studies and related diagnostic procedures
• Score sleep studies using AASM guidelines, including sleep/wake stages, respiratory events, cardiac events, limb movements, and arousals
• Generate accurate clinical reports for physician review
• Conduct home sleep test setup and scoring
• Utilize systems such as EPIC and Natus Sleepworks for documentation and analysis
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, including pediatric and special needs patients
• Review patient history, medications, and sleep patterns prior to testing
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status and any unclear orders
• Participate in quality assurance activities and inter-scorer reliability assessments
• Assist with staff training, education, and onboarding
• Support patient satisfaction and departmental workflow goals
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sleep studies and scoring

Technical Skills

• Home Sleep Test setup and scoring
• Pediatric and adult sleep study scoring
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Experience with Natus Sleepworks software
