Location: Hyannis, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Rotating Day Shifts

Shift Options:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Additional Requirements:

• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Occasional
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Note: This is a travel assignment. Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible.

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ionizing radiation while adhering to established safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong focus on patient care, technical precision, and collaboration with clinical teams to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures in compliance with safety and departmental protocols
• Prepare and position patients accurately for imaging exams
• Operate and adjust radiographic equipment for optimal image quality
• Review patient history and clinical information prior to procedures
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images as per physician requirements
• Educate patients on procedures and provide reassurance to enhance comfort
• Monitor patient safety throughout imaging processes
• Evaluate images for technical accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate records and proper image labeling
• Assist physicians with specialized procedures when needed
• Manage workflow efficiently to support departmental productivity
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and manage supply inventory
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance guidelines
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development
• Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards
• Deliver excellent patient and team-oriented customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (JRCERT preferred)
• ARRT certification (or registry eligible) required
• Active Massachusetts State Radiology License required
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
