Registered Nurse (RN) – Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED)
Location: Panama City, FL

• Salary: $29.92 – $44.88 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Shift Differential: Additional pay for night shifts
• Schedule: Nights or Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
• Relocation: Assistance available (case-by-case)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care using the full nursing process in a fast-paced FSED environment
• Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while exercising strong clinical judgment
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, protocols, and ethical practices
• Adapt to dynamic patient volumes and support staffing needs across units as required

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Licensure: Active Florida RN license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent Acute Care ER RN experience (within the last year)
• Certifications: BLS required within 30 days of hire
