Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Hudson, FL

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $33.00 – $46.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Night Shift) | $10,000 (Day Shift)
• Schedule: Full-time | Night shifts with rotating weekends
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is looking for dedicated ICU nurses who thrive in fast-paced critical care settings and are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in high-acuity ICU settings
• Perform advanced patient assessments and evaluate ongoing interventions
• Monitor hemodynamic status and interpret critical diagnostic data
• Administer and titrate high-alert medications and IV drips per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in emergency situations
• Support families through education and communication during critical care events
• Participate in rapid response, stroke, and chest pain protocols as needed

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Licensure: Active RN license (Florida or Compact; FL required within 60 days if applicable)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting required
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA) required
  • ACLS (AHA) required within 6 months of hire
  • NIHSS required within 6 months of hire
