Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Type: Contract

Work Schedule: 5 days per week (32-hour weekly guarantee)

Location: Bryan, OH

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, helping them improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
