Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Travel Contract
Location: Vero Beach, FL 32960
Duration: 12 Weeks (8 or 12 weeks available)
Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Block Scheduling: Not available

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in an acute care setting. The therapist will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, managing respiratory therapies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care to patients across various acuity levels
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and response to treatment
• Operate and manage ventilators and respiratory equipment
• Perform airway management and support procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for care planning

Requirements

• Active Florida RRT or CRT license (required at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Certifications Required (must be in hand at submission):

• NBRC credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – AHA
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
