Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery
Location: Sweetwater, Texas
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Labor & Delivery team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to mothers and newborns, ensuring safe and positive childbirth experiences through continuous monitoring, clinical expertise, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery
• Assist physicians and healthcare teams during labor and delivery procedures
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments
• Provide education and support to patients and families during labor and postpartum recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Minimum experience in Labor & Delivery required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
