Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ER / Med Surg
Location: West Point, NE
Shifts: Variable (Days/Nights)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in both Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) settings. This role involves patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare providers in a critical access hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in ER and Med Surg units
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Assist physicians and healthcare providers during procedures and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Respond effectively to critical and emergency situations

Qualifications:

• Active Nebraska RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• Previous ER and/or Med Surg experience required
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills
