Shifts: Days and Nights Available
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (with potential extension)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, delivering direct care, and ensuring adherence to established care standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care environment
• Monitor and assess patient health status, reporting any changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care plans

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Dakota
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
