Position Overview

This role involves administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting overall clinical operations to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and document progress in medical records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado
• Previous experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
