Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a structured clinical environment. The RN will collaborate with healthcare providers to assess, treat, and monitor patients while ensuring adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed providers
• Assist providers during patient evaluations, sick calls, and medical procedures
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, responses, and behaviors
• Perform emergency interventions and coordinate appropriate care and referrals
• Supervise and support LPNs and non-licensed clinical staff
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential medical records
• Monitor inpatient hospitalizations and coordinate follow-ups or discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and medication administration protocols
• Provide patient education, counseling, and health promotion activities
• Maintain a safe clinical environment, including risk identification and mitigation
• Prepare and manage clinical reports, logs, and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers
• Support accreditation processes (e.g., NCCHC, ACA, JCAHO) and quality initiatives
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies, incidents, and legal situations

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Degree in Nursing)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience
