Job Title: Application Analyst
Location: Houston, TX [Hybrid - 50% REMOTE / 50% ONSITE]
Duration: 12 Months
The Application Analyst is responsible for performing moderate to complex analysis within assigned functional areas. This role focuses on monitoring resources, evaluating business and system processes, and presenting data-driven insights to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and ensure optimal departmental effectiveness.
Conduct moderate to complex analysis of applications, systems, and operational processes
Monitor system performance and resource utilization to ensure efficiency
Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements
Analyze and present historical data trends to support business decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to identify system enhancements and resolve issues
Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications
Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices are followed
Provide documentation, reporting, and user support as needed
Experience with:
Oracle Fusion Security
Oracle Security Console Administration
Oracle WebCenter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Working knowledge of:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Oracle Fusion Applications
Experience with enterprise application support and security frameworks
Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
