Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator
Location: Eden, TX
Assignment Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possibility of Extension)
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week
Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Coordinator to provide clinical mental health services in a structured facility setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering counseling and crisis intervention services while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and clinical assessments
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services based on patient needs
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately in healthcare records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a similar role
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical assessment, counseling, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a structured and secure environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (preferred or as required by contract)
