Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 35 hours/week (7 hours/day)

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist to join our team as a Chemistry Lab Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while supporting accurate and timely diagnostic testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the chemistry laboratory
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of test results
• Perform and oversee complex chemical analyses and diagnostic testing
• Maintain and enforce quality control and quality assurance protocols
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance/calibration
• Review and validate laboratory results before release
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Clinical Lab Technologist (CLT) license in New York State
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant laboratory experience
• Supervisory experience in a chemistry laboratory
