Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Coordinator to provide clinical mental health services within a structured care environment. This role involves conducting assessments, delivering counseling services, and developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive clinical assessments
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in health records
• Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information
• Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques
• Address mental health needs based on individual evaluations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• At least 2 years in a similar or leadership role
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Texas

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment planning
• Ability to work effectively in a structured and secure environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license preferred
