Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Springfield, TN
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Up to 40 Hours Based on Volume)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Patient Population:

• Outpatient Orthopedic (typical setting; may vary based on clinic needs)

Productivity Expectations:

• 60 visits per week
• 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
