Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a secure facility. The LPN will administer medications, execute physician orders, assist with clinical procedures, and support the medical unit while ensuring compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care, including administering medications, supporting exams, and monitoring patient health
• Conduct sick calls and maintain accurate medical documentation
• Manage medical supplies and ensure safe storage of medications
• Support clinical operations, including chart reviews and follow-ups for complex cases
• Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance with accreditation standards
• Assist in emergencies and coordinate patient movement as needed
• Communicate effectively with staff, administration, and patients

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with LPN certification
• Active LPN license in the state of employment
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a secure, structured, and high-paced environment
