Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including routine radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable exams. This role supports multiple departments such as diagnostic radiology, nursing units, outpatient services, and surgical areas, ensuring high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations in accordance with physician orders
• Conduct routine, fluoroscopic, and portable imaging procedures
• Ensure accurate patient positioning to achieve optimal imaging results
• Adhere to radiation safety standards for patients and staff
• Operate and maintain diagnostic radiology equipment and imaging systems
• Assist with scheduling exams and coordinating patient transport
• Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information
• Report equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide guidance and support to radiologic technologist students as needed
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and departmental audits

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and sterile techniques
• Proficiency in patient positioning and imaging equipment operation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Certifications & Licensure

• ARRT Certification (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (required)
