Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. This role requires specialized clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and strong technical skills to provide high-quality patient care across diverse populations. The RN will collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia teams, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Care delivery is patient- and family-centered, culturally sensitive, and aligned with professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Provide age-appropriate and culturally competent care and education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
• Adhere to established nursing standards, ethics, and scope of practice
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active RN License (Ohio or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EP Lab, Cath Lab, or critical care setting
