Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient setting. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to build and expand their clinical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of outpatient conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients on rehabilitation programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Float to nearby clinics as needed

Patient Population:

• Outpatient (primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions)

Schedule & Productivity Expectations:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (up to 40 hours based on demand)
• Daily Caseload: 12–14 patients
• Weekly Productivity Target: 60 visits
• Follow-up visits may be double-booked
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the director

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License (state-specific)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be willing to float to other clinic locations
