• Timing: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide quality care in a long-term care setting. This is a quick-start opportunity in a supportive, small facility environment focused on delivering exceptional resident care and improving quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow facility policies and established chain of command
• Report changes in resident condition to supervising staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Montana (required)
• Less than 1 year of experience acceptable; new graduates welcome
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a compassionate, patient-centered environment
• Reliable for holiday coverage
