Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Elizabeth, CO
Duration: 6 Weeks

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 37.5 hours per week (billable)
• Day Shift

Pay Rate:

• $30 - $35 Per Hour 
• Final rate based on experience

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and behavioral specialists to implement behavior intervention plans and foster a positive and structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to students
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Assist in classroom behavior management using positive reinforcement strategies
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff for consistent care delivery
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Assist with crisis intervention as needed, following CPI guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of school-based experience
• CPI certification preferred or willingness to obtain during onboarding
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Strong observation, documentation, and organizational skills
