Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Devils Lake, ND
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: Evenings | 5x8-Hour Shifts

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team. In this role, you will provide essential hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and respectful care
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification in North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
