Schedule: 36 hours/week | 12-hour shifts

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and any changes in resident condition
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nursing staff and care teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active CNA certification
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
