Location: Modesto, CA
Duration: 14 Weeks | Contract
Pay Rate: $29 – $31/hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced SPD Production Coordinator to oversee daily sterile processing operations, with a strong focus on loaner and consignment tray management. This role ensures accurate tracking, timely sterilization, and on-time delivery of surgical instruments to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all loaner and consignment trays, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Track tray movement throughout the sterilization lifecycle
• Oversee daily SPD workflow, prioritize workload, and resolve delays
• Collaborate with vendors, OR staff, and SPD teams
• Maintain accurate records and generate production reports

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CRCST or CSPDT Certification (Required)
• 3–5 years of SPD experience
• Experience with loaner/consignment trays
• Familiarity with instrument tracking systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
