Project Overview:

We are supporting a large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation initiative focused on redesigning and modernizing a high-traffic, public-facing website platform within a regulated, service-driven environment.

This initiative aims to deliver a modern, user-centric digital experience with improved usability, mobile-first design, and a consistent brand identity. The platform supports millions of users and plays a critical role in delivering real-time information and services.

The technical environment includes Drupal CMS, modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js), real-time data integrations, and multiple third-party systems.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a senior Project Manager / Project Lead to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale website redesign initiative. This role will manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful execution across UX, design, development, integration, and launch phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project discovery, planning, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX, development, QA, and content
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and project milestones
• Oversee implementation, testing, and launch activities
• Drive communication, reporting, and alignment across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale web or digital transformation projects
• Experience working in CMS-driven environments (Drupal preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with enterprise website redesigns, especially in government or regulated environments
• Background in UX/UI, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG standards)
• Familiarity with web application integrations and third-party tools
• Experience supporting large-scale content migrations (5,000+ pages)
• Understanding of compliance and security requirements in regulated industries
