Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $40 – $44/hour

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering patient-centered care, ensuring comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient vital signs; report any changes to the RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Support RNs and healthcare teams in executing patient care plans
• Provide basic wound care and assist with medical procedures
• Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up instructions
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety protocols
• Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (state-specific)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital experience
• Strong understanding of basic nursing practices and patient care
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established care plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
