Job Type: Contract (Local & Travel Accepted)
Duration: 6 Months

Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule: Alternating weeks (36 hours one week / 48 hours the next)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and document medical histories accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver effective care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety, and infection control protocols
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking abilities
• Experience with EMR systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
