Job Title: Travel CNA (Long Term Care – LTC)

Location: Verdigre, NE 68783

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 36 Hours/Week

Shift: Variable Day Shifts (12-hour shifts)

Employment Type: Travel Contract

Work Setting: Onsite (Long Term Care / Nursing Home)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care in a Long-Term Care setting. This role involves supporting residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in condition
• Support residents with hygiene, toileting, and personal care needs
• Assist with patient transfers and repositioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Accurately document patient care activities
• Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team members
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care

Required Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in LTC or Nursing Home setting preferred
• BLS certification preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work variable shifts
