Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is looking for compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support temporary assignments at state-run long-term care facilities. This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your clinical experience while providing quality care in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient and resident care based on established care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with staff to ensure effective care plan implementation
• Follow all facility policies and comply with state and federal regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA license (or eligibility prior to start)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work temporary assignments and travel if needed
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Two professional references from the past three years
